Frequently Asked Questions

  • Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what you hope to gain from the process. It’s also a time for you to ask any questions and see if we’re a good fit.

  • Sessions are typically 55 minutes. Longer sessions may be available upon request or for specific therapeutic needs.

  • Many clients begin with weekly sessions, but frequency can be adjusted based on your goals, needs, and progress. We’ll decide together what feels most supportive and additional sessions within a weeks time may be available as needed.

  • I offer both in-person sessions (for Colorado residents) and secure online therapy (telehealth) throughout the state of Colorado, allowing flexibility and accessibility.

  • I work with adults and teens (ages 16 - 100+) navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, perfectionism, life transitions, and personal growth.
